LAS VEGAS (June 9, 2014) – World-class IT professional services company G.H.I. Solutions, Inc. has expanded its team of global gaming & hospitality IT experts. Now the company is welcoming Pam Eversole and Sam Kim to its team.
Pam Eversole comes to G.H.I. Solutions after an impressive and enviable career as Agilysys’ Director of Technical Services. Previously she served as Director of Technical Services for Inter-American Data Inc. Eversole is one of the IT world’s leading consultants and project managers and specializes in IBM Power Systems (iSeries/ System i) infrastructure projects, ongoing systems maintenance, systems operations and High Availability/ Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions.
She has maintained IBM Certifications for every generation of IBM RISC Systems including the current version of IBM Power Systems. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern State University, and a Master of Science from Indiana University.

Eversole adds to G.H.I. Solutions’ capabilities with her expertise in:

- systems operations, maintenance & management best practices consulting
- project management & consulting: server infrastructure upgrades/technology refreshes/ enterprise optimization
Also joining the G.H.I. Solutions team of experts is Sam Kim. Kim most recently served as Senior Director, Program Management Office, Enterprise IT for Caesars Entertainment, Inc. He also has held several high-level positions for Hewlett-Packard including Director of World Wide Product Generation, General Manager of the HP Calculator Division, and Project & Program Manager.
Kim’s global experience in enterprise IT implementation, operations, security, P&L, product development, outsourcing, lean process, organizational leadership development and cultural change management will be a tremendous resource to G.H.I. Solutions clients.

He has proven himself on the world stage, having dealt extensively with IT systems, services, business process modeling, outsourcing, negotiations, implementation, operations, application development, and infrastructure design & build,” Winkler said.
Kim holds several Project Management Professional (PMP from PMI) certifications including:
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- Certified in Lean Product & Process Development (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor)
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Washington, a Master of Science in Engineering in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently enrolled as a PhD Student in Workforce Development and Organizational Leadership at UNLV.
